The DOE is requested to include information on how it has validated the input values to the financial calculations as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 114 (a) and> paragraph 6 of the "Guidelines on the assessment of Investment Analysis" EB 62 Annex 5.
In particular, the DOE should provide a validation opinion on which was the source of the tariff and PLF at the time of investment decision (i.e. 11 June 2008 - the project starting date)
