The DOE is requested to provide information on the steps taken to validate the actions taken to secure the CDM status between the project starting date and the start of validation as per EB 49 Annex 22 paragraph 8 b.
The DOE validated that the project start date was 2 February 2007 and the validation was started on 29 July 2010. Further information is required by the DOE on how it validated actions taken by the PP, especially for 02/03/2007: Proposals submitted by CDM consultants, 01/09/2008: Assignment to EDS for performing energy simulation for CDM purpose, and 12/12/2008: Initial proposal from appointed CDM consultant, as per para 6(b) of Annex 13 of EB 62.
