Submission incomplete:
1: The DOE is requested to include information on how it has validated the input values to the financial calculations as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 111.
The Validation Report does not include information on the validation of the total investment, annual net electricity generated and annual O&M costs. In particular for the O&M costs, the DOE should indicate if the value used was valid and applicable at the time of the investment decision as per the requirements of EB62, Annex 5 paragraph 6.
2: The DOE is requested to identify if the FSR has been the basis of the investment decision as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 113 (a).
Please indicate this information in the Validation Report.
3: The DOE is requested to provide confirmation that the values used in PDD are fully consistent with the FSR as per VVM v 1.2 paragraph 113 (b).
