The PP/DOE are requested to list all the data and parameters to be monitored in line with applied methodology as per EB 48 Annex 60 paragraph 10 (a).
The parameters listed in the table in Section B.7.1 are all parameters which are calculated based on measured values of electricity export and import measured by the Primary meter and the Secondary Meter. However the applied methodology AMS.I-D ver 17 specifies that the net electricity export/supplied to a grid is the difference between the measured quantities of the grid electricity export and the import, which is to be continuously monitored, hourly measured and at
least monthly recorded. Further the methodology stipulates, "If applicable, cross check net electricity supplied to a grid as gross energy generation in the project activity power plant minus the auxiliary/station electricity consumption, technical losses and electricity import from the grid to the project power plant measured at the grid interface/connection used for billing purposes." The PP/DOE is requested to address this requirement considering the monitoring plan, particularly table section B7.1, does not include provisions for the monitoring and reporting of parameters that are measured (electricity export and import) relevant to calculation of net electricity supplied to the grid.
