1: Section I.2 of generic CPA-DD does not provide any information how the design of the generic CPA meets all applicability conditions of these regulatory documents. Refer to paragraph 91 of PS-PoA (version 02.0).


2: The weighting of the operating margin emission factor and build margin emission factor in the generic CPA-DD are set as 25% and 75% for the second crediting period. While these weightings are applicable for CPAs that will renew their crediting period, the generic CPA-DD has not provided the weighting of the operating margin emission factor and build margin emission factor for CPAs that will be included to the PoA in the second renewal period of the PoA and have their first crediting period. Refer to paragraph 382(b) of VVS-PoA and paragraph 86(b) of Tool to calculate the emission factor for an electricity system (version 07.0).


3: The description of CAR ID 4 is missing. Refer to paragraph 36 of VVS-PoA (version 02.0).
