Submission incomplete:
1: The DOE raised and closed CAR 02 (i.e. update Fig. 1: PoA business model -with the current parties). However, the updated PoA-DD (Fig. 1 and Section A.5) and the validation report (Section D.1.3) do not reflect the PPs in the PoA view page which indicates three PPs i.e. not only Mabanaft Carbon India Pvt. Ltd (India) but also Carbonbay GmbH & Co. KG (Germany) and EKI Energy Services Limited (Australia).


2: The DOE (validation report, Section D.2.1) concludes that the updated PoA-DD complies with all the requirements of the selected methodology and the tools. However, no information is provided on how each of the methodology applicability condition has been fulfilled.


3: The revised PoA-DD (Section A.3) and Appendix 7 state that “CPAs shall be connected to the national/sub-national grid and it is being exported power to national/ sub-national grid with/or using for inhouse consumption with/or selling to third party”. The CME/DOE shall clarify how the proposed change complies with paragraph 3 of ACM0002 ver. 20 which requires that the applied methodology is only applicable to grid-connected renewable energy power generation project activities.
