The emission reduction excel sheet (PE; Row 62) indicates that PEflaring is calculated based on the “Tool to determine project emissions from flaring gases containing methane” whereas the applied methodology (AMS-III.H ver. 18, page 21) requires that, for ex ante estimation, baseline emission calculation for wastewater and/or sludge treatment (i.e. equation (2) and/or equation (3)) can be used but without the consideration of GWP for CH4. The CME/DOE shall address this inconsistency.
