As per paragraph 301 of PCP-PoA (version 02.0), if the PRC becomes effective during the PoA period prior to its renewal, a request for PRC shall not be combined with the request for renewal of PoA period. The DOE is requested to explain the correctness of combining the request for PRC with the PoA renewal request as secretariat observed that the reference document /12/ listed in appendix 3 of validation report of the PRC, i.e. ONS procedures: “Sub-module 12.3 Maintenance of the metering system for invoicing” (in a free translation from the Portuguese Submódulo 12.3. Manutenção do sistema de medição para faturamento), describes an effective date of this procedure as 01/01/2017, which is within the current PoA period (13 Sep 2012 - 12 Sep 2019).
