Submission incomplete:
1: The parameter “Fraction of woody biomass saved by the project activity in year y that can be established as non-renewable biomass, fNRB, has been revised from 0.84 to 0.89 based on option 1 of the applicable Tool. However, the fNRB calculation report (mentioned on the revised PoA-DD, page 32) is not submitted.
2: The updated PoA-DD (page 6) has provided indicative types of technologies to be implemented under the PoA (with an option to distribute other models) and the eligibility criteria No. 11 will ensure that the distributed ICS have an efficiency of atleast 20%. Specific stoves types will be described for each SSC-CPA. The CME/DOE shall provide information on how the proposed PoA complies with paragraph 124 (d) and footnote 23 of PS-PoA ver. 02 which require to define the specification of the technology, as well as the performance specifications of the proposed Technology based on, inter alia, testing/certification (please note that indicating that all cook stoves will have an efficiency X% would not be sufficient).
3: The CME/DOE shall clarify how it extrapolated the value for the fuel wood consumption 2018 (13,696,542 m3) i.e. by providing factors applied on the published UNdata consumption from year 2017 (14,806,000 m3) which is referenced on submitted excel sheet (Fuel wood consumption 2018: http://data.un.org/Data.aspx?d=EDATA&f=cmID%3aFW%3btrID%3a1231#f_1).
