Submission incomplete:
1. There is an inconsistency in the sign-off dates of the documents. The validation report as well as the validation report for post-registration changes (06/11/2019) are dated prior to the PoA-DD (19/11/2019).
2. There is an inconsistency in the cross-referencing of the PoA-DD version and completion date. The submitted PoA-DD is version 3.1 dated 19/11/2019 whereas the validation report (pages 1, 2, 12 and 18) as well as the validation reportfor post-registration report (page 1, 2, 5, 8 and 11) refers to PoA-DD version 3 dated 04/10/2019 .
3. There is an inconsistency in the cross-referencing of the crediting period. The PoA-DD does not state the crediting period date.
