Submission incomplete:
As per the CDM validation and verification standard for programmes of activities Version 02.0, paragraph 390 referring to paragraph 177, the DOE shall report the assessment findings.
The validation report (page 6) states that "As per the requirement of Para 183 of CDM validation and verification standard for programm of activities, version 02 , Para (a) since the emission reduction estimated is less than 100,000 tCO2eq , assessment team didn’t conducted site visit for 2nd renewal of registered POA (UNFCCC reference number:9502)." However, on page 17 of the validation report, the DOE states that "During the on-site assessment, the validation team interviewed the CME/PP and confirmed that the monitoring arrangements described in the monitoring plan are feasible within the project design". The above two statements about on-site visit are inconsistent. Kindly please rectify.

In addition, the Validation Report still contains reference to the PoA-DD as the PDD, for example on page 4 where the term PDD is used instead of the correct term PoA-DD. Please kindly complete the correction.
