Submission incomplete:
1: The spreadsheet which contains the calculation of EFgrid,OM-DD,y based on the parameters required by the monitoring plan as per the Tool to calculate the emission factor for an electricity system has not been submitted. Refer to paragraph of 262 of PS-PoA.


2: The line diagram on page 7 of the monitoring report shows shows that four meters exist in CPA-6198-P1-0003-CP1. However, the monitoring report includes detailed information, including calibration, of only one meter. Refer to paragraph 263(b) of PS-PoA.


3: For the delay in calibration of meters in CPAs 6198-P1-0001-CP1 and 6198-P1-0003-CP1, the verification report states that in accordance with guidelines under "Appendix-Calibration" of VVS for CDM PoAs (version 02.0), the electricity export and import data have been adjusted by applying maximum permissible error of 0.2% to calculate the net exported electricity. The "Appendix-Calibration" of VVS for PoAs provides examples of adjustment which is applied to each electricity export and electricity import separately. However, the submitted emission reductions spreadsheet does not show that the adjustments have been made to each electricity export and electricity export. This is not as per the appendix of the VVS and the statement made by the DOE in the verification report. Refer to paragraph 352 of VVS-PoA.
