With regard to the calibration of meters:
(a) The DOE concluded that there was no delay of calibration for the following meters. However , without the information of when the meters were installed, it cannot be confirmed that there was no delay of calibration:
(i) CPA 1: Gwangju Seonun (8-1,2BL): Meter serial number 0799491;
(ii) CPA 1: Changwon Bongnim(A1BL): Meters serial number 012301, 012303 and 012408;
(iii) CPA 1: Changwon Bongnim(A2BL): Meters serial number 012304 and 012300, 0823044, 017090, 012405, 016741, 0989741;
(iv) CPA 1: Busan Jisa(2): Meters serial number MI304037523, MI304037653, MI30403759, MI304038101, MI304038582, MI304038976, MI304038977;
(v) CPA 2: Incheon Nonhyun(3): Meter serial number 0936277;
(vi) CPA 2: Eumseong Geumwang(1): Meter serial number 0924148;
(b) The DOE explained that there was delayed calibration of some meters during this monitoring period and the CME applied zero to electricity generated measured by the electricity meter with delayed calibration for the delayed calibration period in ER calculation. In addition, as the CME could not demonstrate validity of some electricity meters, the CME also applied zero to electricity generated measured by the meters. The DOE is requested to provide ER spreadsheet which demonstrate such applications.
