1: For parameter “annual consumption of fossil fuel type j (after the installation/commissioning of the project equipment), FCm,j” the DOE has verified that a mean value of 0.02643t/household was obtained based on interviews recorded in form of questionnaires. The CME/DOE shall provide information to clarify how sample-based interviews were conducted and data provided by the households cross-checked as per paragraph 11 of AMS-I.I. ver. 04, read together with option (ii) of para 10 (a)).


2: The monitoring report (page 17) indicates that the programme will install digester capacities of volumes 6 m3, 8 m3 and 10 m3. To cross-check the parameter “annual consumption of fossil fuel type j (after the installation/commissioning of the project equipment), FCm,j”, the DOE has verified that the amount of coal (1,058 kg) displaced by the 8 m3 digester is greater than the coal displaced by biogas in this monitoring period (852 kg) and therefore concluded that this is reasonable. The CME/DOE shall provide similar comparison and opinion in case of 6 m3 and 10 m3 capacity digesters.
