Info Report Check
Submission incomplete:
1: The DOE conducted acceptance sampling (9 samples) to verify the operational stoves (VR, Section D.4), and checked the CME’s WBT/survey results to verify the parameters stove efficiency (VR, Section E.3.4.2) and continued use of baseline stoves (VR, Appendix 5). However, no information is provided on how the DOE cross-checked the CME’s WBT/survey results (VVS-PoA ver. 03 paragraph 358 (b)).
2: The verification report makes reference to (i) the claimed emissions reductions for the current monitoring period as 183,191 tCO2e (VR, certification statement) and 240,023 tCO2e (VR, Section D.4) and (ii) adjusting loss in efficiency vide option c) paragraph 25 of AMS-II.G. version 12 (VR, page 33) whereas the included CPA-DD (page 17) applies option d) to adjust loss in efficiency and the PoA applies AMS-II.G. ver. 10. The DOE shall address these inconsistencies.
