“The PoA-DD (page 59) states that the parameter sampling frame will include ICS of different vintages (i.e. year of distribution). It is observed that (i) the stoves were distributed between 2018 and 2020; (ii) the Tab “WBT summary” has listed the stoves sampled for the sample monitoring of the thermal efficiency and other parameters; and (iii) the CPA distribution database spreadsheet provides details on which stoves have been sampled.

The CME/DOE are requested to provide a further information on how it has implemented the monitoring of efficiency of cookstove considering the PoA-DD since both WBT summary spreadsheet and CPA distribution database spreadsheet indicate that the vintage of 2018 was not included in the monitoring of efficiency of stoves.”
