Submission incomplete:
1: The DOE and CME are requested to indicate how the result of FEXp,y = 35.745 was calculated. Please elaborate on the calculations that resulted in the values used for the FEXp,y formula, namely 3646 for the “number of passengers in the stratum” and 102 for the “number of survey in stratum”. Please refer to pages 32 and 35 of the MR. The DOE is also requested to clarify whether FEXp,y changes for each mode of transport and for the different types of surveys. In doing so, please revise the data reflected in the ER calculations spreadsheet, in the MR and in the VCR, and ensure that the values applied for its calculation are clearly sourced and traceable.

2: The DOE and CME are requested to provide traceable calculations in the ER calculations spreadsheet for:
o a) Tab “Baseline and IDP cal”: Please provide a breakdown per passenger and mode of transport for baseline emissions, BE*FEX, IP*EFX, Py and PSPER, listed in cells D12-D16, E12-E16, D4-D8, and G4-G8, respectively.
o b) Tab “Emission Factor Summary”: Please elaborate on the calculations that resulted in the Emission Factor values reflected in this tab; in particular all the cells with values between F6 and J13, and between F20 and J28.
In doing so, please revise the data reflected in all the tabs of the ER calculations spreadsheet, in the MR and in the VCR, and ensure that all the values are traceable.
