Info Report Check
Submission incomplete:
1: The monitoring plan of the CPA-DD requires monitoring of the parameter “Check for public distribution system providing SDW” based on annual surveys. However, the monitoring report (page 68) (i) shows that “Check for public distribution system providing SDW” is “measured”; (ii) provides some values (Bihar- 0.88, Punjab- 0.89 Haryana- 0.86) verified by the DOE (VR page 65) and (iii) reports that none of the users reported have access to a public distribution network/piped supply. The DOE shall address these inconsistencies through clarifying how it verified the monitoring of this parameter as per the registered monitoring plan.

2: The monitoring report (page 14) states that “Life span under standard use conditions Not specified by manufacturer” while it also indicates the purification capacities for the distributed water filters (i.e. 4000 Litres for model EFL Nakshatra and 1500 Litres for model HUL Pureit) and the verification report (page 20 and reference No. 26) indicates that the DOE verified the water filter technical specifications based on the details provided by the water filter supplier. The DOE shall address this inconsistency and provide information how the implemented water filters comply with the technological requirements defined in the CPA-DD (Eligibility criterion No. 20) and the paragraph 3(b) and 3(C) of the AMS-III.AV version 2.
