In Changwon Bongnim (A2BL), for meters 2, 4, 6 and 7, the spreadsheet "Supplementary sheet for CPA 1" mentions that the electricity generation is 0 kWh until the 2nd meter was installed. However, the spreadsheet shows that reading prior to meter replacement is used in calculating the electricity generation. For example, meter 2 was replaced in July 2017. However, the formula to calculate the electricity generation ("Sum") uses data of measurement in May 2017, which is prior to the use of the 2nd meter. The same is also observed in meters 5, 7 and 8 of Busan Jisa (2). Refer to paragraph 358 of VVS-PoA (version 02.0).
