Info Report Check
Submission incomplete:
1: Paragraph 340of VVS-PoA:
In response to issue 1(i) raised previously, the DOE states: "In practice, the programme observes that periods with less animals are temporary"; and for issue 1(ii) it states: "It may happen that additional fuel is used because of newborn children (boiling water, heating water), additional family members, specific traditional dishes/food being cooking and festivities. In those cases, the household when biogas is insufficient they have to resort to use wood or other woody biomass as fuel".
The DOE is requested to provide information how it came to such conclusions/statements, i.e. that the programme observes that periods with less animals are temporary and that additional fuel is used because of newborn children (boiling water, heating water), additional family members, specific traditional dishes/food being cooking and festivities. The information is not available in the verification report.
2: Paragraph 346 of VVS-PoA:
The approved temporary deviation under PRC-9977-003 is the use of multi-stage sampling for monitored parameter P, and the monitoring report states that equation 16 of "Guideline: Sampling and surveys for CDM project activities and programmes of activities", version 04.0, was used to determine the minimum number of regions. However, as shown in the ER spreadsheet, equation 16 from the Guideline, which is for sample size calculation for multi-stage sampling, is not used.
