Submission incomplete:

1. In line with para 141-147 of the CDM project cycle procedure for proramme of activities, only changes to the PoA-DD can be submitted under the post-registration changes (PRC) track along with the request for issuance. Changes to component project activities shall be done via notification of changes as per section 6.3 of the PCP.
2. There is an inconsistency in the cross-referencing of the start date of the crediting period of CPA 2. The revised CPA-DD refers under section C.3.2. to 02/01/2010 whereas the CP starts on 01/04/2015. In addition, under section 3.1, the CPA-DD refers to start date 01/04/2015 whereas the previous version refers to 02/01/2010.
3. There is an inconsistency in the cross-referencing of the start date of CPA 3. The CPA-DD refers to start date 01/04/2015 whereas the previous version refers to 22/02/2010.
4. In the validation report for post-registration cases, appendix 3 is missing.
5. There is an inconsitency in the cross-referencing of the monitoring report. The verification/certification report refers to monitoring report (final) version 5 dated 13/07/2019 whereas the final MR is version 5.1 dated 25/09/2019.
