2: In regard to monitored parameter EFCO2,grid,n,y:
(a) The monitoring report refers to version 14 of CEA publication, whereas emission reductions spreadsheet of CPA1 refers to version 13 and that of CPA2 refers to version 12. The CME/DOE is requested to address this inconsistency;
(b) The DOE is requested to explain the correctness of the application of wOM and wBM of 75/25 for this activity as: (i) as per the Tool to calculate emission factor for electricity systems, wOM and wBM of 75/25 are for solar power generation project activities, whereas the CPAs are not solar power generation activities; (ii) For ex-ante calculation, the PoA-DD uses the value of 0.84 for Southern Grid and 0.91 for NEWNE Grid based on version 7.0 of CEA publication, and these values are based on wOM and wBM of 50/50. Please refer to paragraph 347(a) of VVS-PoA (version 02.0).


3: In the emission reductions sheet of CPA6, the emission reductions, particularly the heat productions of FPC type units are calculated using Qn for ETC type. Please see column AB of the sheet, and refer to paragraph 358 of VVS-PoA (version 02.0).
