Submission incomplete:
1: The CME/DOE shall address inconsistency of the submitted documents completely, e.g. some parameters in the table “Fixed&Monitoring Parameters” of the ER sheet are referring to CPA-0001 whereas this request for issuance is exclusively for CPA-0002.
2: Regarding the ex-ante parameter BCBL,PP,y (Average annual consumption of woody biomass per person before the start of the project activity) of this CPA 02, it was determined as 1.71 tonnes/person/year, which is higher than the value applied in CPA 01 (i.e. 0.93 tonnes/person/year) from the same host country. However, the DOE did not provide any verification option on this higher value. The DOE shall provide information on how it has verified the appropriateness of this value, in accordance with paragraph 358(d) of VVS for PoA version 2.
