Submission incomplete:
1: Monitoring Report. Section 3.5 refers to awaiting the approval of PRC-10186-004 as of 29/3/2019.

The above PRC was approved on 23 April 2019 and the MR was finalized on 10 June 2019.

The PP/DOE is requested to clarify this inconsistency.


2: The emission reduction calculations in the spreadsheet has considered the data from April 2017-Nov 2017 while the monitoring period requested for issuance is from 04 May 2017 - 31 Dec 2017. The DOE is requested to clarify how it has verified the data used for the emission reduction calculations for both CPA-0001 and CPA-0002 is for the relevant monitoring period in line with Para 258 of VVS-POA.


3: In Section G-Verification Opinion, the DOE has confirmed the verification for CPA-0001, while the request for issuance also includes CPA-0002. The DOE is requested to clarify the discrepancy.
Further the Certification Statement mentions the Monitoring Period , as
"MP.No1" while this is the 2nd MR for CPA-0001 and 1st for CPA-0002.
