Info Report Check
Submission incomplete:
The verification report (p. 61-62 and 73) states that i) the calibration of the thermocouple used to monitor the temperature in the exhaust gas of the enclosed flare in minute m (TEG,m) has been delayed from 25/06/2020 to 11/12/2020 (170 days); ii) the of maximum permissible error of the instrument of 1.5 C has been applied for the delayed calibration period in the emission reduction calculations; and iii) the thermocouple has been replaced.
The DOE is requested to provide further information on how it considered the application of the maximum permissible error of the instrument(thermocouple) as per para 350(a) of the VVS-PoA version 3 since the DOE did not provide any information on the results of the delayed calibration.
