Info Report Check
Submission incomplete:
According to paragraph 261 of the CDM project standard for programmes of activities (Version 02.0), the CME shall describe the monitoring system of the included CPAs and provide line diagrams (graphical schemes) showing all relevant monitoring points. This description may include data collection procedures (information flow including data generation, aggregation, recording, calculations and reporting), organizational structure, roles and responsibilities of personnel, and emergency procedures for the monitoring system.
The Monitoring Report at various sections appears unclear on the process/location/testing entity of the Water Boiling Test (WBT). Page 4 in describing the CPA Implementer's role refers to "manage the process of stove selection, stove testing and stove use surveys in the field ..". Page 18 refers to "the method to collect the efficiency data will be the Water Boiling Test." under "field measurements". However, page 6 refers to "independent stove efficiency tests performed by Aprovecho Research Center .." which appears to be lab testing for the product. Kindly please provide the basic information to improve the clarity on the full process of WBT e.g. who carried out the test and the method, whether the test was carried out by a professional testing entity or by the CME trained staff, in the field at household location (if so, please provide the location where available, since the ER spreadsheet contains the exact location of each stove) or at a centralized testing facility, as well as a brief description of the WBT process.
