The DOE shall determine whether the coordinating/managing entity has addressed the FARs identified during the previous verification(s) (following requirements from para 302 and 326(d) of VVS for PoA) -
During the previous verification covering the monitoring period of 01 Jan 2019 - 25 Jan 2020 (7997-MP2-IRP3), the DOE raised a FAR 01 requesting the CME to update all CPAs included in the issuance request 7997-MP2-IRP3 i.e. CPA 041 to CPA 080 to reflect the updated procedure to calculate fNRB together with the updated underlying data and assumptions, and to submit a post registration change request before next verification. However, referring to the verification report. Appendix 4 (page 61 of 73), it is noted that no FAR is recorded as pending from the previous verification, although as per the previous verification report (page 62) one FAR raised requesting further action from the CME prior to next verification is pending.
