The biogas generation capacities of installed biogas digesters ranges from 320 to 450 m3 per year, as presented in the cross-checking process for parameter FCm,j (page 30 of the monitoring report and tab” Crosscheck” of the ER sheet). However, it appears that the actual annual biogas generation per digester calculated in the emission reduction sheet are much lower than the named digester capacity. The DOE shall clarify the inconsistency, and provide further information on how it has verified the implementation of the PoA and the correctness of parameter FCm,j through cross-checking.
