Scope: The verification report does not provide a description of the actual operation of the project activity (VVS v2, para 228 (b))
Issue: The Verification Report page 9 mentions that the DOE carried out an on-site visit on 27/11/2012. However, the report on page 13 refers to on-site visit for the first periodic verification on 13/01/2011 to confirm that all the 134 wind turbines had been installed and connected to the grid. The DOE is requested to clarify whether it has carried out on-site visit as part of the verification to confirm the implementation of the project activity. Furthermore, the DOE is requested to explain how referring to the monitoring report and verification report of the first monitoring period to confirm that the first grid connection of wind turbines was done on 18/05/2010, and referring to the monitoring report and verification report of the second monitoring period to confirm that all the 134 wind turbines were connected to the grid by 30/12/2010 can be used to verify the implementation of the project.
