VVS-PA Para 361 (a):
Section C of the Monitoring report indicates the installation of 2 meters at Nalaikh Substation and 6 meters at Salkhit substation as well as additional 6 meters for internal purposes to calculate internal use and electricity loss on electrical equipment. However, as per section B.7. of the verification report, the DOE indicates that there are a total four meters (two main meters, two control/backup meters) at Nalaikh substation. In addition, the DOE confirmed that there are a total of 12 meters installed at Salkhit substation for the purpose of internal monitoring and controlled by the PP. Further, as per the registered PDD for the first crediting period, two meters are installed at the grid sub-station. The DOE is requested to: (a) explain how the monitoring is in accordance with the monitoring plan; (b) address the inconsistency in the reported number of meters; (c) provide monitoring diagram which shows the locations of all meters as required by Para 258 of PS-PA version 03.0.
