The monitoring plan of the PDD is revised, in particular four parameters LFGtotal, LFGflared, LFGelectricity and ρCH4 = DCH4. However, the changes are regarded as correction. The DOE shall provide information on how it has concluded that the proposed changes are corrections. Please refer to section 8.3.4 and 8.3.1 of VVS for project activities version 2.0.
