The revised PDD (pages 2-3) states that the the total installed capacities in Cazuza Ferreira and Rastro de Alto hydro sites are of 9.18 MW and 7.04 MW, respectively. However, the Validation Report-PRC (page 9) and the Appendix 7 (revised PDD, pages 65-66) state that: i) Cazuza Ferreira site has 2 turbines of 4.715 MW each which it would reach 9.43 MW and not 9.18 MW as stated in page 2; and ii) Rastro de Alto site has 2 generators of 4400 kVA with a power factor of 0.8, there is not mention of the installed capacities of the turbines.
The PP/DOE are requested to clarify total installed capacities for each of the hydropower plants in each of the two sites. In doing so, please do reflect any changes in the submitted documents; e.g.: section B.2.6 (page 6) of the Monitoring Report version 3.

The Validation Report-PRC, page 9-10, explains that the official documentation refers to the installed capacity values expressed in the registered PDD and that the Brazilian regulators do not consider this immaterial variation a change in installed capacity. However, from the Validation Report of the PRC it is not clear the reason of the capacity changes.
The DOE is requested to explain the reasons and the dates of the changes of capacity for the two hydropower plants in each of the two sites; Cazuzo Ferreira and Rastro de Alto.
In doing so please refer to VVS, version 3, paragraph 309.b
