Submission incomplete:
1:
The spreadsheet "Consolidated 2nd VER" l in the excel sheet "Consolidated Uberlândia 2nd Verification v4" does not include formula for estimation of BECH4,y in row 28. The PP must include formulae wherever applicable in the spreadsheets for transparent reporting of emissions reductions calculations.
2:
The DOE on page 24 of the verification report mentions that the volumetric flow of the residual gas to the flare is not monitored, and no CERs are claimed for the monitoring period. However, MR on page 15 mentions that "Instant flow is continuously measured by a flow meter, one for the flare’s feeding pipeline and one for each electricity generation equipment pipeline". The spreadsheet "Consolidated 2nd VER" submitted also indicates in row 22 that methane destroyed by flare are accounted in the estimation of baseline emissions. The DOE shall provide further information.
3:
The DOE shall provide further information why the flow meters used for measuring the volumetric flow of the residual gas to generators were replaced and installed from generator 1 to generator 2 and vice versa.
