Scope: The verification report does not contain reference to the deviation requested and approved by the Executive Board for the monitoring period in consideration prior to submitting request for issuance. (VVM v.1.2 para 203)
Issue: The DOE is requested to clarify whether the change of location of meters applied to this monitoring period is in accordance with para 211 of VVM version 1.2 which states that "If the project participants have deviated from the provisions of the registered monitoring plan, the DOE shall submit a request for deviation prior to submitting request for issuance as well as a request for deviation form through the dedicated interface on the UNFCCC CDM website before providing its verification conclusion or making its certification decision."
