Submission incomplete:
Paragraph 366 of VVS-PA:
As per page 12 of the monitoring report, for meter 209476185 (used for measurement of EGPJ to SCPG,y and EG SCPG to PJ,y), the error identified in the delayed calibration test was +0.126%. Similarly, for meter 209475280 (used for measurement of EGPJ to MNPG,y) the error identified in the delayed calibration test was +0.197%. Further, the registered PDD and the monitoring report provide only the accuracy class of meters which is 0.2S. However, the error applied for the delayed calibration period during the current monitoring period is +/-5%. The DOE is therefore requested explain how provision of paragraph 366 of VVS-PA has been complied with. In doing so, the DOE shall also provide the maximum permissible error of the meters with 0.2S accuracy class used for measurement of EGPJ to SCPG,y and EG SCPG to PJ,y.
