Scope: The verification report does not determine if the assumptions used in emission calculations have been justified and/or emission factors, default values and other reference values have been correctly applied. (VVS v2, para 246 (d))
Issue:The maximum permissible error due to delayed calibration has been applied for weigh bridges at Tikaria plant for the month of April 2009 is 3%/100 which is not consistent with the one applied in the 1st and 2nd verifications (i.e. 3%). The DOE is requested to provide the information on how it has verified the maximum permissible error and correct the emission reductions from the same.
