Scope: The verification report does not indicate that the information provided in the monitoring report has been cross-checked purchase records. (VVM v.1.2 para 208 (a) and (b))
Issue: The DOE shall clarify how it has verified the parameter "Electricity supplied to the grid by the project" in line with the requirements of the MP and the methodology, given that, as per the MP and the applied methodology, the Quantity of net electricity generation supplied by the project plant/unit to the grid in year y shall be cross checked with sales receipts. In doing so, the DOE is required to clarify whether CCEE report used for cross check includes the sales receipts.
