1: Scope: The monitoring report does not contain information about appropriate emission factors, IPCC default values, and/or other reference values used in the calculation of emission reductions as per PS version 09.0 paragraph 248 (g).
Issue: For the monitoring of the parameter "D.3-8- Amount of LPG consumed", it has been noted that the registered monitoring plan has defined a specific cross-check requirement for the measurement results to be cross checked against the fuel purchase invoices and stock changes of LPG consumption to ensure consistency (p.33, PDD) whereas the Monitoring Report has not provided information regarding the compliance against this cross-checking requirement. Information shall be provided in this regard.

Furthermore, the registered monitoring plan (page 33-34) has defined specific conditions under which various sources of data were to be chosen, for the monitoring parameters "D.3-9- Weighted average net calorific value of fuel type i in year y" and "D.3-10- Weighted average CO2 emission factor of fuel type i in year y". However, the Monitoring Report (page 17-18) has not provided the required information regarding the selection of these values following the specific conditions as defined. Kindly please provide the information.

2: Scope: The verification and certification report does not list each parameter required by the monitoring plan and does not provide an statement on how the DOE verified the information flow for these parameters including the values in the monitoring reports as per VVS version 09.0 paragraphs 393 and 409 (e).
