Submission incomplete:
The DOE shall determine whether the monitoring of parameters related to GHG emission reductions or net anthropogenic GHG removals in the registered PDD has been implemented in accordance with the registered monitoring plan (para 360 of VVS for PA ver. 3)
The DOE (p 14) verified "EGController,y" by stating that "electricity generated by each WTG is measured at the controller of WTG which is monitored continuously and recorded real time basis by the online monitoring system. Project WTGs are connected to a common feeder (a common pool where project developers under this project activity and other project developers feed electricity), MSEDCL apportioned the electricity export and import data based on individual WTGs controller reading, summation of all controller reading of WTGs connected under the common feeder and joint meter reading (based on billing
meter) and provide month wise “Break up of Energy” sheet to PP." The DOE is required to provide further information on how it verified/crosschecked "WTG Controller Data" with "Net Export" in the submitted spreadsheet since "Net Export" in column H and O used for the emission reduction calculation during some months were far higher higher than monitored values of "WTG Controller Data" in column J and Q (for example, values of "Net Export" in column O were three times higher than the values of "WTG Controller Data" for GP 45 in May and June 2019).
