1: VVS-PA Para 374 (b) and (c)
3. As per the ER spreadsheet, for October 2018, EGexport is calculated as “1987500/generation between 01/10/2018-31/10/2018) *generation between 01/10/2018-26/10/2018” and EGimport is calculated as (3000/generation between 01/10/2018-31/10/2018)*generation between 01/10/2018-26/10/2018. The DOE shall explain what the values 1,987,500 and 3,000 represent. In doing so, the DOE shall also explain why generation has been considered for calculation of imports and from where the above values have been verified. Refer Para 374 (b) and (c).

2:
i. Bulk meters at 110kV substation are used to calculate the transmission losses. The DOE shall clarify:
(a) How it confirmed that the results of the delayed calibration were within permissible limits for the period 18/10/2016 to 26/10/2018 considering as per the monitoring report and the verification report the Bulk meters I (main and check meters) were last calibrated on 19/10/2015; and
(b) How it has confirmed that PP has conservatively considered the delay in calibration from the bulk meters in the ER spreadsheet, as no delay has been applied to transmission losses. Refer Para 366 and 368 of VVS-PA, version 3.0.

ii. Main meter (6767626) and check meter (6767637) at 33kV were last calibrated on 17/02/2017 and replaced with new meters on 22/09/2017. Also, new main meter (12092252) at 33kV was calibrated till 23/09/2018 and was again replaced with new meters on 19/02/2020.

The PP has applied an error of 0.2% for the periods with no calibration. DOE shall explain how it confirmed that the error applied between periods 17/02/2017 - 22/09/2017 and 23/09/2018 -26/10/2018 is appropriate considering the meters 6767626, 6767637 and 12092252 were replaced by new meters and not calibrated.

Refer Para 366, and 369 of VVS-PA, version 3.0.
