1: Scope: The verification report does not list each parameter required by the monitoring plan (VVM v.1.2 para 206)
Issue: i) as per the revised monitoring plan, the total LFG collected is monitored through 2 main lines and the monitoring report states that the second line was not opened during this monitoring period. The DOE is required to provide an assessment on how it has verified that the line was not opened and to justify the explanation reported in the monitoring report. ii) for the monitoring of the parameters “LFGtotal, 1” “Qelectricity” and “Qflare”, the monitoring report indicates 2 different flow-meters (with SN 9C05EA02000 and with SN 9C05E902000 for the parameter “LFGtotal, 1”; with SN 9C015918000 and 9C015A18000 for the parameter “Qflare”; and with SN 9C05E702000 and 9C05E802000 for the parameter “Qelectricity”). The DOE is required to explain why there were 2 instruments used to monitor each of the above mentioned parameters. In doing so, if it is identified that one meter replaced an existing meter, the DOE shall also indicate the replacement dates; iii) The DOE is required to provide an assessment on how the LFG pressure and temperature were monitored and whether the QA/QC procedures were correctly applied. It shall also provide an explanation on why 3 temperature sensors were used to monitor the temperature and 2 pressure sensors were used to monitor the pressure, as reported in the monitoring report;
iv) the monitoring report provides 3 different sources of electricity imported to meet the project requirements: “ELIMP,electricity,H”, “ELIMP,electricity,L” and “ELIMP,flare,L”. However, no assessment was provided by the DOE on the correct number of parameters, what each meter monitors and whether the calibration frequencies were met;

2: Scope: The verification report does not state how the DOE verified the information flow for the listed parameters. (VVM v.1.2 para 206)
Issue: the verification report does not incude an assessment on how the information flow from the parameters P (pressure of the LFG), T (temperature of the LFG) and “ELIMP,electricity,H”, “ELIMP,electricity,L” and “ELIMP,flare,L” was verified.
