Info Report Check
Submission incomplete:
1: The emissions reduction have been estimated for the period 01/06/2015 - 29/02/2016, whereas the monitoring period covers from 02/04/2013 - 29/02/2016. The DOE shall provide more information on:-
(a) the date of commissioning of the project activity.
(b) the reasons for not calculating the baseline emissions, project emissions and leakage emission by the project participants for the period 02/04/2013 - 31/05/2015.
2: The DOE confirmed that the calibration of the energy meters were conducted on 13/09/12 and then on 12/09/2017 whereas for the turbine flow meters the calibration was done on 18/07/2011. The DOE shall provide more information on how it verified the appropriateness of calibration conducted in 2012 for energy meters and in 2011 for turbine flow meters considering that no information is available on the installation dates of these meters.
3: The verification report in section E.10 mentions that the global stakeholder consultation is not assessed. Paragraph 184 of the project cycle procedure for project activity requires that for the first monitoring period the DOE has to make the monitoring report publicly available for the comment and paragraph 395 of the validation and verification standards for the project activity requires the DOE to assess these comments. The DOE shall provide more information on how it complies with the mentioned requirements of PCP and VVS.
