1: VVS-PA, paragraphs 361 (c) and 365:
As per the registered PDD, the calibration frequency of meters is annually. The meters for measurement of EG PJ to SCPG, y, EG SCPG to PJ, y and EG PJ to MNPG, y were calibrated on 28/03/2018. However, the subsequent calibration was only conducted on 26/04/2019. The DOE is requested to explain how it concluded that the calibration frequency is in compliance with the monitoring plan.

2: VVS-PA, paragraph 364:
As per page 6 of the Monitoring report, the readings for EG PJ to SCPG, y, EG SCPG to PJ, y and EG PJ to MNPG, y are taken on the 25th of each month.The DOE is therefore requested to clarify how the values from 01/01/2018 to 25/01/2018 and from 25/01/2020 to 03/02/2020 are determined for calculation of ER, and how it has verified and crosschecked the values taken for these periods.

3: VVS-PA, paragraph 372:
As per the verification report, the conservative values between MRF and EBS for EG PJ to SCPG, y and EG SCPG to PJ, y are used for ERs calculation. However, the application of such provision is not evident from the ER sheet.
