Submission incomplete:
The DOE is requested to provide a validation opinion on how it has assessed that the value of 0.2% applied in the calculation of emissions reduction is conservative. As the PP applies the maximum permisable error of the meters, the DOE shall confirm that the results of the delayed calibration do not show any errors in the measuring equipment, or that the error is smaller than the maximum permissible error.
