1: VVS-PA Para 365
1. As per section E.7. of the verification report, there was a delay in calibration of all main and check meters from 15-03-2013 to 31/07/2013, however no delay in calibration has been considered in the ER calculations. Also, as per the monitoring report the calibration of meters was done on 14/03/2012, 14/12/2012 and 20/01/2014. DOE shall therefore clarify how it confirmed that the calibration of all meters was done per the registered monitoring plan. In doing so, The DOE shall also confirm the correct dates of validation. Refer Para 365 of VVS-PA, version 3.0.

2: VVS-PA Para 373(c)
2. As per the registered monitoring plan, for parameters EG6.25MW(Export) and EG6.25MW(Import), the apportioned values calculated as per the apportioning method in the monitoring plan shall be compared with the readings from the JMR and lower value shall be used for ER calculation. However, generation details at individual wind mill and EG apportioning have not been provided in the ER spreadsheet. DOE shall clarify how it confirmed that the monitoring has been conducted using the most conservative value as reflected in the registered monitoring plan. Refer Para 373(c) of VVS-PA, version 3.0.
