The DOE is requested to clarify:

i) the calculations of EG(PJ,y) in section E.8.1, page 32 of the VR indicating the figures for EGhistorical and historical standard deviation.
ii) whether the actual emission reductions are higher or lower than the estimated emission reductions considering that there are contradicting statements in section E.8.5, pages 35-36 of the VR. E.g.: 'However actual emission reductions during this monitoring period are 923,182 tCO2e. The actual emission reductions are 5.92% higher than the estimated value during this monitoring period.
Since actual emission reductions are lower than the estimated Emission
reductions, Verification team verified the reasons for this decrease in the emission reductions during this monitoring period and noted that there are two main factors."
