Scope: The monitoring report does not contain information on calibration of monitoring instruments (frequency, relevant dates of calibration and/or validity) as specified by the monitoring methodology and the monitoring plan. (EB48 - Annex 68 paragraph 10 (a) (iv) & EB 54 Annex 34)
Issue 1: There is no information on the calibration of the flow meter serial D3117102000 for the measurements taken from its installation on 21/06/2010 until 29/11/2010. Further, the Monitoring Report page 12 states that the calibration frequency is annual while page 17 states that it is every three years.

Issue 2: The monitoring report page 12 states that the meter serial sensor 281207, Display 281209 was installed on 29/10/2007 in flare 1000 in Borg El Arab, while page 22 of the Monitoring Report states that the same meter was installed on 19/11/2009 and used until 18/02/2010 in El Hammam. There is no information on which meter was used in flare 1000 in Borg El Arab while its meter was installed in El Hammam and onwards.

Issue 3: There is no information on the calibration of the flow meter serial D20F2C02000 for the measurements taken from its installation on 21/06/2010 until 30/11/2010 in El Hammam.
