It is observed that residual heat from the power generators is send to the existing sludge treatment system to heat up the digestion tanks to maintain the anaerobic digestion process (page 3 of the revised PDD). The DOE shall provide further information how it has concluded that the technology implemented in the project activity does not increase the amount of the methane produced per unit of COD removed. Please refer to paragraph 34, equation (7) and (8) of AMS III.H version 9.
