Issue: The DOE is requested to provide information on how it has verified that the conditions in AM_CLA_0047 are met by the project's flare. In particular, the DOE is requested to provide the information on how it verified compliance with the second condition in the clarification (i.e. requirement indicating that the methane composition throughout the sampling section has to be uniform).
