The DOE is requested to explain how it verified the determination of parameter EGfacility,y (or EGPJ,y) in line with paragraph 373(c) of VVS-PA.
It is observed from the ERs sheet that to obtain the quantity of net electricity generation supplied by the project plant/unit to the grid (EGPJ,y), the gross electricity generation is subtracted by “Consumption”. However, there is no information of this parameter “Consumption” with regard to: (i) the source of the parameter; (ii) how it is monitored; (iii) the calibration of meter that monitors this parameter, including whether there was any delayed calibration; (iv) why the gross electricity generation is not subtracted by this parameter for months July to September 2017.
Clarification is also requested on the content of the cells containing the "consumption" values, what the 3 values added in the cell refer to and why some of the cells only contain one value.
Furthermore, it is also observed that this parameter and how it is applied in the ER calculation is not described in the PDD/monitoring plan.
